Research interests:
I am interested in studying charge transport in polymeric systems and how to leverage polymer physics towards waste plastics recycling. My current research explores how electrostatic interactions can compatibilize immiscible polymer blends.

Bio:
I grew up in Houston, TX before going north to study Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago. There, I worked in the groups of Profs. Stuart Rowan and Shrayesh Patel where I became interested in ion transport in polymers. As an undergraduate, I studied the effects of salt on organic ionic plastic crystals and “pluripotent” dynamic covalent networks. In my free time, I love finding and listening new music, reading, and exploring Santa Barbara.
